My passion for helping first home buyers comes from my own experience. I bought my first home at 19 with just a 5% deposit and no financial help from family. Back then, there were no government schemes or concessions to lean on, it was persistence, planning, and determination. That experience showed me how much of a difference the right advice and support can make, and it’s why I love guiding others through the process today.

With over 10 years in finance and more than 1,000 clients helped, I focus on listening to your goals and tailoring solutions that fit your life, not just the numbers. For me, it’s not just about getting a loan approved – it’s about giving you the confidence and clarity to take your first step into home ownership and start building your future.

The $3,000 cashback offer is available on refinances of existing home loans from other financial institutions with a minimum new lending of **$700,000** and a Loan to Value Ratio (LVR) of up to 80%. This offer is not available for refinances from ME Bank, BOQ, BOQ Specialist, or Virgin Money (Australia). Applications must be received from 15 June 2024 and settle within 120 days of application. Offer available to Owner Occupier (P&I) and Investors. Excluded: Owner-Occupied Interest Only loans. Limit of one cashback per borrowing entity or security property. Cashback paid within 60 days of settlement into an eligible ME account.
